BRM & BMM Intake Manifold adapter for BEW and Similar Vehicles

This will allow you to install an intake manifold from a BRM engine (i.e. North American 2005.5-2006 VW Jetta sedan TDIs) or from an Euro BMM engine, inside the following vehicles with OEM level fitment:

• 2004-2005.0 VW Jetta 1.9L TDI (all N. American models are BEW)
• 2004-2006 VW Golf and Beetle 1.9L TDI (all N. American models are BEW)
• Any European 1.9L TDI with the same style intake manifold & bolt patterns.

Full install hardware is included: 

• NPT plug (goes in the boost hole - you can obtain and install a boost nipple later if you want to run a boost gauge).
• O-Ring (sealing)
• Bolts
  

This adapter replaces the EGR valve. We found that it is not possible to design an adapter that can retain factory BEW EGR functionality. Therefore, this product is for off-road use only. This adapter does not delete the ASV ("Intake Manifold Flap" / "Throttle Valve"). We do not sell additional EGR and ASV delete parts.
